On the morning of September 6th, Heung To Middle School teachers and students, sponsored by the "Sham Shui Po Neighbourhood Cares Association" and the "Office of Councillor Alice Lau Pui Yuk," jointly watched the film Dead to Rights.
On September 3rd, the entire school, including all teachers and students of Heung To Middle School, gathered together to witness a spectacular and moving historic event-the massive military parade commemorating the anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
Heung To Education Organization Limited invited Dr. Yau Yat to give a lecture for teachers as part of the 80th-anniversary school celebration. The seminar was titled "the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance - Hardship Forges a New Nation," Dr. Yau combined detailed battle accounts, historical data, precious photographs, and documents from various countries to recount the arduous 14-year journey of the war and the significance of national awakening.
