Our School Symphonic Band participated in the Joint School Music Competition 2026 with the piece The Blue Horizons, and was awarded a Gold Award 🏆.
The ensemble delivered a vibrant and engaging performance, demonstrating strong musicality and ensemble cohesion. The adjudicators praised the students for their excellent teamwork, mature coordination, and energetic stage presence. Their sensitive handling of musical layers, dynamics, and contrasts brought out the richness of the work, resulting in a compelling and well-shaped interpretation. This achievement reflects the students’ dedication, disciplined rehearsal, and growing artistic confidence as an ensemble.
