On October 3, the Parent-Teacher Association of Heung To Middle School organized the Welcome Tea Gathering for the Parents of New Students. Parent volunteers, school administrators, and parents of new students gathered in a relaxed atmosphere to exchange educational insights, offer mutual encouragement, and build strong partnerships in a joyful setting.

During the tea gathering, Vice Principal Chiu Wing Kam and PTA Chairperson Ms. Idy Chung delivered opening welcoming remarks. Mr. Ho Ping Kuen, Honorary Advisor to the PTA, along with seasoned parent volunteers, enthusiastically shared valuable parenting wisdom. Assistant Principal Tsang Hiu Ching provided an overview of the upcoming PTA activities and parent education workshops for the academic year, before co-hosting an interactive "Ask & Answer Prize Quiz" alongside Chairperson Chung. Prizes were presented by Vice Principal Leung Yee Wa, Vice Principal Ho Sze Hang, Assistant Principal Chu Kwok Kit, and Department Head Hui Ming Ki.

To express heartfelt support, the PTA thoughtfully gifted each new parent a copy of the book The Anxious Generation along with homemade "Love-Infused Cashew Crisps." This perfectly embodied the spirit of home-school collaboration, reflecting our shared commitment to walking hand-in-hand for the healthy growth and well-being of our students!
